I felt like there should have been gothic piano music as background noise for this one as in Dracula s Bride I didn t hate it but I didn t love it either The writing was very descriptive and melodramatic like a stage set but content was very repetitive How many ways can you describe a gorgeous mature for her age redhead and tall dark handsome mystery man From being called devil satan tiger dangerous and repeating how beautiful she was just started to get a bit old towards the end with not a whole lot of anything happening It felt a little self involved Yes I know it is a romance with all the concentration on the main character s relationship but I was bored with them halfway through The writing itself was absolutely beautiful but the story was disappointing
